The new-generation fully automatic helium leak detector with hybrid pump and 2021 (14.6 cfm) roughing pump.  Microprocessor controlled, automated cycle with  bar graph display and hand-held remote control included. Auto calibration with temperature compensated built-in calibrated leak. RS232 interface and discrete I/O .90 db alarm with variable pitch. High sensitivity analyzer cell with dual filaments. Suitable for multiple applications with fast cycling for pump down and high sensitivity. ASM 182 products are self-contained units which can be installed on a cart for easier maneuverability .

Model ASM182TD+
Dry, fully automatic helium leak detector features high sensitivity (5.10-12 mbar.l/s), thanks to a new analyzer cell equipped with dual filaments fast response time in spraying mode, high helium pumping speed (4.4 l/ s) and a well-proven concept for the roughing/backing oil-free pump (frictionless compact multi-stage roots) . high roughing capacity (25 m3/h – 15 cfm)
The Alcatel ASM 182 TD+ is also extremely easy to operate. A simple operator interface with two distinct areas (one for the operator, the others for entering the parameters) allows the user to take no more than a few minutes to get familiar with its operation. In addition, the ASM 182 TD+ offers an unique stainless steel frame and covers option to comply with highest clean room standard. The ASM 182 TD+ provides automatic operation throughout the range from atmospheric sniffer tests, test of long gas lines or tubings, large gross leak mode and ultra sensitive vacuum fine leak test mode. As a result, it can be used for the test of components, systems or complete installations.

Alcatel Model ASM192T2D+ automatic console high performance helium leak detector with integrated high vacuum pumping station incorporates a unique 130 l/s hybrid turbomolecular drag pump specifically designed for helium leak test purposes. It also includes a 100 l/sec turbo booster and an integrated high vacuum oil free backing/roughing module of 15 CFM pumping speed (30 CFM available as an option). Ideally suited for large volume leak testing applications requiring fast pump down and ultra high performance operation. Outstanding features and benefits include:
